Shipping Policy
Shipping Costs
Shipping and handling charges are based on total price of your order. Oversized or heavy items may have an additional shipping cost. This charge may not be calculated until the order is being prepared.
We will notify you if there is an increase in the shipping charge for your order prior to billing and shipping.
Shipment Methods
Standard Shipping (UPS/USPS): We ship via UPS Ground or US Postal Service in the continental US.
International Shipping: Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii and International orders will have an additional shipping cost applied based on destination and package weight.
Delivery Time
Continental US
Allow 4-10 business days for delivery of non-backordered items.
Alaska, Hawaii & International
Allow additional time for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and International Orders.
Consolidated Shipments
Entire orders will be shipped together if possible. If some items are not immediately available, we may partially ship your order and send the remaining items when they become available at no additional shipping cost.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order status by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to locate your shipment or provide a replacement/refund if the package cannot be found.
